TCM Jet Wash Drives; Pressure washing clean Block paved Driveway, patios and paths in Roade, Northamptonshire May 20th, 21st and 22nd of May 2024. Our biggest job of the year so far.
Firstly we had a large block paved driveway, doorway and paths to pressure wash clean and then re-sand using kiln dried sand. The driveway had built up grime, black spots, white spots, lichen and algae.
Day 1 May 20th 2024: Our plan on day one was to get all the block work cleaned and ready as despite the wet weather, we knew it should be dry by the next day for sanding.
by the end of the day we had cleaned the blocks and the paths and had also cleaned the blocks in the back garden and the concrete circles.
Day 2: May 21st 2024 A nice sunny day for a change although wet weather was forecast for the afternoon. We set to work brushing in the kiln dried sand into the driveway and block paved paths.
With phase one and two finished we then started on the concrete paths and patio areas that needed a very good clean and then the joints re-pointing.
We cleaned all the areas with our Surface cleaner first and this did do an amazing job at getting up a lot of the grime on the slabs. We then had to go over all the areas again with our pressure washer wand to work on the black spots, lichen, moss and algae.
After finishing both large patio areas and the paths that surrounded them we started to pack up, as at about 5pm the heavens opened up.
Day 3 May 22nd 2024 Today all we had to do was to re-point the slab joints and ensure all areas were clean and tidy as we found them. We also walked around the large house ensuring we hadn't left any splash marks on the doors, windows etc.
After four hours we had completed and the gentleman said he was very pleased with the clean and would certainly use us again.
